Today, it’s digitalization, podcasts, videos and LinkedIn that define the new era. As an expert in sales and marketing, my goal is to convey complex content in a simple way and lead companies into the digital future.

My passion is to modernize sales sustainably and strengthen it for the future.

In my lectures and workshops, I inspired several thousand participants for digitalization in marketing and sales.

About me

I am a strategy consultant for digitization in marketing and sales, helping companies to use the potential of digitization for their marketing. I advise and support companies in the strategy/concept development and implementation of lead management, existing customer management, marketing/sales automation, buyer persona, customer journey analysis, nurturing and the Wasserloch-Strategy®.

With my many years of experience in digitalization, mental coaching and as the inventor of the Schuster Model®, I combine digital expertise with behavioural psychology. My approach makes sales more emphatic, effective and future-oriented.

I love customers with complex offers. As I have spent over 30 years building up marketing and sales departments in the B2B sector, this is where my expertise lies. However, my Schuster model is also suitable for digitalization in marketing and sales in the B2C sector.
